Is it possible to book from the website?

This is the official website of the Hotel Villa Mare. Booking through our website is completely safe and guaranteed: the Hotel Villa Mare manages the personal information of its guests with the best maximum security standards. The system will send you a confirmation e-mail with every detail of your booking and the hotel staff will still be available for any doubt or clarification.

Do you have any proposals for those with special dietary needs?

We will be happy to meet any needs of guests with food intolerances or who follow particular feeding regimes.

Is Wi-Fi available? How much?

Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge throughout the hotel: both in the rooms and in the common areas.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14.00 until 22.00 and check-out by 12.00.

Is it possible to have late check-out and early check-in?

Our staff, on request and subject to availability, will try to satisfy free early check-in requests; late check-out is possible for a surcharge after midnight. If I arrive late at the hotel, will I find someone at the reception?

The reception is open until 00:00 but to guarantee the necessary support at any time, just contact us and our staff will try to satisfy your every need.

Can I pay with a credit card?

It is possible to pay with the main international credit cards.
Visa, MasterCard, Hype, American Express, JCB, Diners, CartaSì, Maestro and Bancomat.

Until when can I change or cancel my reservation for free?

By 2.00 pm on the second day before the arrival date, cancellations and changes are free. In case of no-show or cancellation after the indicated deadline, a penalty of at least the cost of the first night for each room booked will be paid.

In case of changes beyond the indicated deadline, a supplement for the tariff adjustment may be required.

The free cancellation deadline and any penalty are always specified in the confirmation e-mail of the booking.

Can I bring my dog / cat?

Animals are NOT accepted. In case of special needs, contact the management.

There is the elevator?

The Hotel is equipped with an elevator, to easily reach all floors of the structure including the breakfast room and the restaurant affiliated to us.
